A note from the founder

Why I built
Peptide Study Notes

I’m essentially a one-man operation trying to build the resource I wished existed when I started researching peptides.

There’s a lot of information out there. Finding it, sorting through it, and figuring out what actually supports a claim takes time. I want to make that process easier while supporting community safety and furthering knowledge in the fitness industry.

Most of the information gathering and summary writing on this site is done with AI assistance. The underlying sources are publicly available—you could find them yourself. My goal is to save you some of that searching and organize the information into something useful.

What guides this project

Accuracy, transparency, and ethics are the priorities guiding this project. That means showing sources, explaining limitations, separating clinical research from community experiences, and being clear about what has—and hasn’t—been checked.

AI can make mistakes, miss context, or misinterpret a source. These summaries can too. I want readers to be able to follow the references, question a conclusion, and flag something that needs correcting. The site should make information easier to examine, not ask you to accept it on trust.

Help make it better

If you find an error, a broken link, or something important that’s missing, please let me know so I can look into it and correct it. You can also suggest a peptide, study, topic, or feature you’d like to see covered. I want this resource to be useful to the people who use it.

Keeping it available

Keeping this resource available also means making it sustainable. Advertising and disclosed affiliate links may help cover costs, but they shouldn’t decide what the research says or which suppliers receive favorable coverage.

I’m not promising to have every answer. I’m trying to make finding and understanding the available information take a little less work.
